Eric Alan Hill
Managing Partner
A lifelong entrepreneur, Eric launched his first company at 16 and later co-founded Coflyt®, an aviation platform supporting more than 2,500 private aircraft. He has designed and delivered software across aviation, logistics, manufacturing, and consumer brands—including systems processing billions of records still in use a decade later inside a Fortune 500 company where reliability and scale aren’t optional.
Eric’s work has powered millions of real-world transactions and shipments, eliminated costly manual workflows, and turned early-stage concepts into products with traction. He brings deep experience at the intersection of practical engineering and business execution—aligning technical choices with what actually drives outcomes.
Before Softlaunch, Eric spent a decade coaching and building alongside entrepreneurs, supporting over 100 startups annually through product definition, MVP execution, and early growth. During that time, the portfolio of ventures he helped accelerate grew to more than $35M in valuation. He continues to mentor founders and teach product strategy as an adjunct lecturer.
